"Finding Beth" Official Release Day

I can't believe this day is actually here. Maybe it will seem more real once I'm at the party and people start dropping by. As I prepare for the evening, I remember Michelle Linnette and how proud she would be of me. My Beth's birthday is today. Michelle's is tomorrow. Coincidence? I think not.

Michelle came up with the series title, "Flying With Broken Wings". You won't see that title on the books until I publish the next book. After all, you can't have a series with one book. So, in honor of and loving memory of my dear sister-friend I thought I'd re-post the poem I wrote for her the day she died...

I hear your voice

I see your smile

The sparkle in your beautiful green eyes

Your laughter bubbles

Tinkles like chimes

My heart glows and I can't help but smile

Your warm hugs

And "I love yous"

By their very essence lend strength

Your loving heart

Is beauty defined

Touching, healing, spreading sunshine 

You are so special

Exquisite and precious

The treasure of you fills my mind

You are loved

Never forgotten

Now dancing on the streets of heaven
