Adam Blythe finds himself drawn to Beth – a woman engaged to another. But after being spurned, he refuses to be the other man. Besides, he lives hundreds of miles away, has a chronically ill mother to care for and a family business to run. Yet, Beth’s vulnerability calls to him and the gentleman in him cannot turn away.
Kyle Heinrich always gets his way. When Beth returns home two weeks after her little disappearing act and breaks off their engagement, he isn’t too happy. Oh, wow! This is awesome! Wonder what my character will be?
