Update on Finding Beth
I finished my first book proposal and sent it into an agent. It will probably take him a while to get to it, so I'm exploring other options in case that one falls through.
Also, the pending title of my book series is:
"The Healing Touch of Smoky Mountain Love"
I'm looking into entering contests. I've written a 400 flash fiction story and entered it into an on-line contest. And I've written yet another short story for Woman's World in hopes they might like it enough to publish it. There are other short stories I'm considering submitting for contests, but haven't decided yet.
I'm also preparing to start Tiffany's story. As soon as I'm done here, I'll open a new document and start clicking away at the keys.
Stay happy and healthy!

Adam Blythe finds himself drawn to Beth – a woman engaged to another. But after being spurned, he refuses to be the other man. Besides, he lives hundreds of miles away, has a chronically ill mother to care for and a family business to run. Yet, Beth’s vulnerability calls to him and the gentleman in him cannot turn away.
Kyle Heinrich always gets his way. When Beth returns home two weeks after her little disappearing act and breaks off their engagement, he isn’t too happy. Even less so when some guy shows up on her doorstep and makes her light up in a way he never could. Not that it really matters, because, one way or another, Beth will be his.
Tiffany's Story:
Afraid to love again after the betrayal and death of his highschool sweetheart, Michael Olivier finds himself drawn to the fiesty woman who can't seem to break down the barriers of her own heart.
And what of Michael's God? Can she trust a God who demands her all? Can she afford not to?
"To You, O LORD, I call; my rock, be not deaf to me, lest, if You be silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit. Hear the voice of my pleas for mercy, when I cry to You for help, when I lift up my hands toward your most holy sanctuary." Psalm 28:1-2, ESV
"We love because He first loved us." (1 John 4:19, ESV) "Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her..." (Ephesians 5:25, ESV)
